Now the problems keep going on...... and she doesn’t do anything to solve them. Every year Caitlin’s mother throws a party on April, Caitlin invites her friend and her boyfriend Rogerson. on the party Rogerson got very angry because Caitlin was with her friends... so when she got to Rogerson’s car (where he was waiting for her) he like always hit her and kick her, luckily for Caitlin all the parry saw what happened including her mother, she got to the car and yelled Rogeron after that Caitlin mother called the police and they took care of him. After all the drama on the party Caitlin went to a center to get help after all what happened to her. She got visits by her best friend and her mother check on her too. After all that her life got clean and on the right track, she got the help she needed and stop smoking too! After the center she got home and Cass was waiting for her there....!!!

"I was worn out, broken: He had taken almost everything. But he had been all I’d had, all this time. And when the police led him away, I pulled out of the hands of all these loved ones, sobbing, screaming everything hurting, you try and make him stay." (Dessen, 218)

Finally threw truth came out! This quote happens on the party the moment that the police man took Rogerson, Caitlin didn’t want the police to take him, in the quote explains how she said he was all she had. I think that what made Caitlin do all of this things was because she feel like she didn’t have anyone, now that her sister was gone she felt all alone. I think that that’s the reason way she involved in all of that stuff with Rogerson she felt that he was the only one for her, that’s way she didn’t say anything about smoking and the truth about Rogerson hitting her on every little single mistake she made. This quote is very important it can tell allot of things and also is the point of view of Caitlin, the answer to her problems and the reason of all her acts.


"But I wouldn’t drown. I could already see the sky, iridescent and just beyond the water above me. And farther on, much farther, was dreamland. But for now, I wanted only to stay between them, floating on all the blue at last." (Dessen, 249)
For me this quote is everything... I connect with this quote I can tell many things too about it. This quote says everything to me... I can understand what dose DREAMLAND meant to Cass on the note when she left... I can understand that dreamland is far from here and that now she is following a good path she is with Cass and she doesn’t have Rogerson to hit her! I connect with this quote because sometimes I feel like crap and sometimes I feel like Caitlin like I’m on dreamland but I prefer to stay on my life and keep on al the difficulties that life gives you to make you stronger so you can then go to DREAMLAND I connect dreamland with haven because I think that for me my dreamland is on heaven with god! 


Lastly, 
I love this book I recommend you all to read it is really cool and teaches you allot of things for life. I really connect allot with this book and I think that you all connect to. this really show me to NEVER STAY QUIET and to STAY STRONG no matter what, like this could happen to anyone to be abuse and for love or fear of losing that person you stay quiet and tolerate the violence that can happen so be aware and stay strong because we all have problem to solve and this book really gives you staring to keep on like Caitlin and no matter what continue and try to pass that rock in from of you path and  ......ILL SE YOU IN DREAMLAND!

Now there are very important things happening!!!! Rogerson and Caitlin had been seeing each other and dating. But the thing is that Rogerson have some mental problems. He is heating Caitlin, almost every day or on the moth he heats hears very hard like abusing her physically. One example is when Rogerson saw Caitlin with Matthew he got very mad and he punch Caitlin in the face and then he slap her too. Caitlin hasn’t told anyone about this and she is covering the truth with lies to her friends and parents too. This is becoming very cereus she needs help stopping her boyfriend and I hope that someone uncovers the truth fast. This is going to be a big problem, and also Cass missing it makes things worst. the problem is that Rogerson is abused by his father an when that happens almost all of the time the kid that is it abused have ment6al problems and hit other’s to that’s why then need help!!!

"Look at me when I’m talking to you! Mr. Biscoe said, and right as he crossed my line of vision, his face no beet-red, he sudenttly reached out and hit Rogerson." (Dessen 85)

I think that this is a very strong an important quote in the book because you can see how Rogerso is treated by his father, so just a little thing he gets slap. For little mistakes and he gets punish like that. I think that Rogerson is relay strong because having a father like that and no one how help you stop him is relay hard and in that case Roger needs to be really strong to keep on with his life. I think that when roger hits Caitlin is because he docent want to but he reacts like that because he has a mental problem a trauma of his father doing that to him so he repeats it with Caitlin. I think that Caitlin needs to help Rogerson allot to be a better person and stop his father.

 "It was strange that I didn’t even consider telling the truth. I was just stoned and bleary, so cried out that all i could think of was curling up on my bed and going to sleep."(Dessen, 157)

is incredible how in life there is people that can change someone by just being around that person. Caitlin has change allot over time, now her live has change totally. All started with her sister living g and now with her boyfriend Rogerson. You can see changing as a good way but sometimes you can be influence in the wrong way. i think that Caitlin is changing in a wrong way, now she is doing wrong things that the old Caitlin never do. Now she lies to her parents, she stays silent about Rogerson problem and last she always tries to do the right thing. I think that changing is a good thing but there are good ways of changing and bad ways and Cass missing on Caitlin’s life makes her act differently.

In the book there had happened new things that had been really interesting. First of all they find that Cass had left with her new boyfriend that lives in New York. She is in New York   and she is ok. She had contact eighth her sister and her parents too, she told them that she is fine and don’t worry about her. Cass parents question themselves if she was going to attend Yale, so they call and Yale said that she was going to attend next semester. Their lives keep on. Catlin joins the cheerleader team because her best friend told her, but when she was cheerleading she felt because someone started screaming her sister’s name and she got desconsentrated and felt from the pyramid. After the game the cheerleading squad went to the gasoline station and she saw a man that asks her 10 dollars, after that they both find them self in the party. He took Caitlin home and they kiss. After that Caitlin finds out that her friend Rogerson the one who she saw in the gas station, Rogerson’s father hit him and Caitlin says that she is not going to say anything about it.

"And I had. One minute I’d hated every second, the next so fired up no one could stop me. I`d had my requisite one year of gymnastics; I could do handsprings and cartwheels."(Dessen,33)
 This quote shows me many things it is really inspiriting. teaches me that in live there are up`s and down and that sometimes you think that you hate everything and everyone but sometimes you fail that there is no one that can stop you. One example is in soccer that sometimes you score a goal and you feel that no one can stop you but sometimes you try to pass the ball or soccer a goal and you can’t and you start hating yourself and nothing makes sense for you. Those things always happened but Caitlin needs to keep her head up and look up. That always leads you to good things and like Caitlin this made her join the cheerleading team. She will kick ass and always give her best o the team.


"But the truth was, I hadedd cheerleading. Whatever zest and pep the other girls had that made them cartwheels, hight kick, and smile constantly was missing in me, like a genetic or chemical malfunction. I felt like an impostor, and I showed."(Dessen, 41)
Sometimes when you don’t like what you are doing makes you feel like you are not yourself and you feel like an impostor like Caitlin. I like how she always says how she feels and what she likes and what she dislikes. This quote shows me that if I don’t like something I need to tell because I don’t like the feeling of an impostor or the feeling of not being myself. BE YOURSELF always. Why trying to be someone that you are not just because of the influence of others. Caitlin is doing wrong but she docent knows... I hope that she changes or she likes cheerleading more latter.

I’m really enjoying this book, I understand allot what is happening and I can connect to Caitlin, I read that Sarah Dessen is popular because of her writing books for teens. That’s why I connect allot because I’m a teen .I have learned allot I what to keep reading so I can learn more. I hope that Caitlin always remembers her sitter but also to keep on with her life. Now that she is on cheerleading her mother is relay happy about her, this have distract her mother her father and her about her sister and missing her. i think that is very good because that can be happy and not so weird about their problems with her daughter Cass.

On the book dreamland by Sarah Dessen there had happened many things; I can get to know the character well. First there is Caitlin see is 16th years old, she has a sister named Cass. Cass is the oldster sister, she run away on Caitlin’s birthday. then there is both their father and mother. What had happened know is that on catali8ns birthday Cass left a note to her parents telling them that she is gone. In the note it says
"Mom and Dad,
    I want you to know, first, that I’m sorry about this. Someday I hope I’ll be able to explain it well enough so that you`ll understand.
    Please don`t worry. I`ll be in touch
    I love you both.
Cass"(Dessen, 1)
She left and didn’t give any reason, when Caitlin woke up on her birthday saw her mother crying and didn’t know why. Her parents call the police and everyone they knew to see if they have seen her. They don’t know where she is or why she when they just have the knot she left her, and the hope of her going to YALE.



"It was an inscription in Cass’s loopy script, my name big, and the message little.”Caitlin, it said in black ink, I see you there." (Dessen, 5)
This quote is showing many important things that are really important to know. One important thing of this is that is showing that Cass is waiting for her sister somewhere, in the place where she is know and hope to see her. Also this quote is showing imagery and I can imagine the paper with the black ink and the message in black, this connects to a book named The Giver because in this books stalks about a mysteries place where they will meat and on "The Giver" you can also see a mysteries place named "elsewhere" that is a place where they don’t know much about and is really important like this place that we don’t know about.


"My sister wasn’t a seer or a prophet, at least not at eighteen. What she was , was a student body president two years running, star right wing of the girls soccer team , and homecoming queen." (Dessen, 11)
This quote is a description of how Caitlin saw her sister and all the good things about Cass. You can see that the author uses allot of imagery and we can imagine being all those thinks that make her how she is. I notice that Caitlin misses Cass allots and that she is remembering all the good things of her. I can connect this to my sister my oldest sister because she lives in Chile and I cannot see her every day and I miss her allot. And live Caitlin I think of her everyday an remember the things I do with her.  I understand what Caitlin is going throw.

In conclusion the pages that I had read had been really interesting it have showing me lots of new things, one thing is that now I value more the importance of my sister that no matter where they are I know that I that they are always there for me and I hope that Caitlin finds her sister. It had been very interesting reading about what is happening to her and her sister. This had made me wonder where she left and with who? Is she all right or what is happening to her? I hope I find the answer to these questions fast. I’m enjoying the book and it is really interesting and what I like is that there is allot of imagery and I can imagine allot of things in my head wile I’m reading the book. Sarah is a great writer, I’m enjoying her book. Caitlin needs to be strong and she will find her sister.
